.... ~Cracks up!!!!~ Mai, that's hilarious. That's a question my parents would ask me too, probably. I'd say the same thing to avoid suspicion. I have TONS of friends and I would name, one by one, each of you XD and your crazy screen names.
Eh, if I did that my parents would put me on meds and lock me in the closet XD

That's what you get for living below the Mason-Dixon line. I'm suprised they haven't burned Sonnie at the stake yet (lol I'm just kidding most of my family lives in the south, tis a squishy place)

My parents always wonder who I'm talking to online and I'm usually talking to Shou or Yoshiko and my mom would usually shake her head and wonder where we came up with the screen names XD

My dad's like that too..he doesn't like Art of Life Where does he live? *whips out shotgun* Art of Life is the best song in the universe. This is what my mother says about X Japan. "They're technically very skilled, but they have no *passion*!" Me: "Go fxx yourself. And die." I LOVE Toshi's voice. I quote accuracy, too bad he's a dumbass. He's my scapegoat for hide dying.

That is one of the most ignorant things I've ever seen posted on this forum.
Not very many of us think Highly of Toshi's chosen path but we'll refrain from calling him a dumbass thank you, especially in the X forum thread. And what the hell does he have to do with hide's death? I'm not going to delete your post because it's a good example of exactly what not to put in posts.

I said he was my scapegoat. There's a difference between consciously having somebody be a scapegoat and actually truly blaming them for something. I just need somebody to be angry at. And he's the easiest person to be angry at, for leaving. Especially since there was a very short period of time between X Japan disbanding and hide's suicide, if indeed that's what it was. I'm not saying he had anything to do with it, that's not what I meant at all. It wasn't being said in ignorance, it was out of needing to have somebody to direct my anger towards, because I still haven't been able to get over hide's death completely because, well, yeah. (I only discovered him, like, two years ago). And somebody else called him a dumbass earlier. I was just quoting, because I thought it was clever. Not to place the blame on somebody else, I don't know who said it and I don't particularly care. I'm sorry, I do agree that was out of line and I take it back.
Sorry. I hope this hasn't tarnished the way you see me.
*cries*

Don't worry about it Cesh-chan. I get onto everyone no matter who they are or how much I like them ^-^ And I like you all just fine, and we all say things that get to other people (I've done it too, I'm not exactly miss "princess do nothing wrong" over here).
But Toshi left the band because of his own emotional problems. He wasn't happy. I theorize staying could have lead to his own suicide in the end. (This is my theory). Toshi left to "find himself" and found a cult instead and now... ~Sigh~ Well he's out there in lala land dancing with the flowers in the wind... or something. I can't even begin to guess why hide commited suicide (or if it was a practical joke gone bad like a lot of people think), but I doubt it was because of any specific person in the group. I still get choked up when I think about it, because he was such a great musician but... in the end it was his choice, no one elses.

Yes, it probably was a good thing for Toshi to leave. Another X group wouldn't be the same with somebody other than Toshi singing.
I'm really afraid of people being mad at me, it's seriously like a phobia. When people are mad at me I cry. EVERY TIME. (Except when it's my mom.) I'm glad you still like me. ^.^
Anyway, I also read something about not being able to balance his solo works and X Japan, which was another reason why he left.
My mom says things about my J-music in general that's like, "well, they're good, but they're just so *mechanical,*" and it makes me want to shoot her. She doesn't understand passion, I suppose. Gah.

Dang, some of you have awesome parents. All mine care about is study study study. They're obviously not the type to listen to or appreciate rock, but that's how things are. I can live out imaginary scenarios through some of your descriptions, heh.

I think I should see Art of Life live too . . . 0.0 *searches YouTube*
She's all open and listens to stuff of mine and tries to be supportive and everything, but she just doesn't get it. She also things I'm being discriminatory or something because she thinks I ONLY like things that come out of Japan . . . 0.o Go figure.
She got me a 100-year old Japanese tea chest for my birthday because she thought it was pretty cool and it came out of Japan, and she thought that I would think it was cool JUST because it came out of Japan . . . and I'm like wtf am I supposed to do with this? I can't put anything in it, I can't sit on it because it'll break, and the paint is all peeling and there's really no function that it can serve and the last thing I need is more crappy worthless junk that takes up tons of room!
She totally doesn't understand my addiction to Jrock. At all.
