They boast being THE FIRST International Fashion Online Store For: Visual Kei & Gothic Lolita They actually do have some pretty rockin' stuff. So if any of you are interested in this type of fashion I would say that this site is good for you. www.lokisa.com/

I'm not to into their "lolita" things (being a lolita fashionista myself) but their other stuff like their jackets and shirts are pretty nice too. I'll have to wait and see with them. They're really more into the "trendy Harajuku" fashion rather than actual VK things but as I said it may change. For now, I'd avoid their "lolita"-marketed products. They were the most popular booth in J-rock Con '06 so that may say something about them~

I can't pull it off. I'm too much of a "No style is a good style" girl and really cute cute things just aren't me. I'm too old for myself, haha. So even though I love things like Hello Kitty and Rainbows, I couldn't wear them on me.. anywhere.

I used to think that I was too old for Lolita fashion but I figured that I can't be young forever so might as well enjoy it while it lasts XD
BTW, to stay on topic...I find those cat-ear hats of theirs to be really cute~

Ew, Lokisa. D:
They misuse fashion and music terms to sell low-quality merchandise to unsuspecting buyers. "Kawaii lolita" and "Asian lolita" are incorrect terms, and "oshare kei" has nothing to do with lolita. Oshare kei is a music subscene, not a fashion. The type of fashion oshare bands use is decora, a term which I'm not seeing anywhere on the Lokisa site.
If they were really so dedicated to bringing Japanese fashion to other countries, they'd be selling actual Japanese clothing. And they would actually know what in the fuck they're talking about. They don't know what "visual" and "lolita" mean. And most of the stuff on their website is completely unrelated.

I agree with you arachne, I'm just disappointed in Lokisa's lack of awareness in the actual fashions they claim to represent.
BTW, "kawaii lolita" should be "sweet" and "asian lolita" is wa/qi-loli. That has bothered me greatly about them.
